We run multiple Careers Events, Trips and Workshops for years 7-11 at London Enterprise Academy.
Year 10 Getting Ahead Conference October 2019
Students participated in a employability business conference, learning about CV, interviews and the world of work. Students worked with professionals from JP Morgan, NHS, Barclays and more.
Year 8 Sky Academy- November 2019
Students visited the Sky HQ, where they had the opportunity create their own news report in a bespoke TV studio.
Year 10 Barclays Micro Tyco Workshop November 2019
Students had a mentor from Barclays who led sessions on the United Nations Sustainable Goals and created possible solutions for these.
Year 11 Skills London Careers Fair 2019
Students attended the largest Careers and Employability fair in the UK, where they had the opportunity gain insight into various careers by speaking directly with employers from major organisations.
Year 7 Science Skills Fair November 2019
Students visited the science museum who held a skills fair giving students an insight into the STEM sector
Year 9 Accenture November 2019
Students visited a multinational professional company where they learnt about consulting and participated in various activities at their office.
LEA Careers Fair 2019
LEA hosted its second Careers Fair inviting local colleges. sixth forms and apprenticeship providers to give our year 11 insight into their post 16 options.
Year 10 Imperial University Visit- December 2019
Students had the opportunity to visit Imperial College London, a top University where they participated in a STEM activity day
