Careers at LEA

LEA values their teachers as well as their students. We have worked hard over the past 8 years to reduce the workload for our staff, which allows them to focus on what really matters – bringing good quality and varied learning experiences to their classes. Initiatives include reduced marking, small class sizes, a reduced number of data drops, a large team of pastoral support staff and centralised detentions as well as many of the methods used by other schools.

Teachers who work here often have the opportunity to develop their careers into leadership.
We work closely with Tower Hamlets to ensure that our ECTs are well supported and have an engaging program of on-going training to attend.
